What We Do
We deliver customized wound care to those who have trouble leaving their homes. You will be cared for by our experienced staff, who will visit you in the comfort of your home to hear about your medical history and any concerns you may have. A provider will visit you weekly or if you need medical attention. We can also arrange for additional support, such as nursing, pharmacy, or other needs. We can help coordinate care with your specialists, such as infectious disease specialists and vascular surgeons.

- Acute and Chronic Wound Care Management
- Ordering Diagnostic Tests and Laboratory Services
- Medication Management and Refills
- Referrals to All Home Care Services and Medical Equipment Including Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services
- Physician’s Review for Authorization Including Home Health Authorization and Care Plan Oversight
- Emergency Room and Hospital Stay Follow-Up
